👉  Vaccines and treatments are helpful and very much effective to combat Covid -19 but to win against covid -19 we have to protect ourselves by wearing mask, sociql distancing and avoiding crowds. 

👉  Vaccine saves our lives by preparing the body's natural defences ( the immune system)  by recognize virus and bacteria they target.  So, after vaccination if our body exposed to some germs our defense system is ready to destroy them and prevent disease.

   Vaxzevria vaccine is authorized in the EU to prevent covid - 19.

   This vaccine is helpful to prevent hospitalization, deaths and severe illness due to covid - 19 .This vaccine's clinical trial ( phase-3 ) are in progress. 

    Sometimes blood clot and lower platelets count occurs as side effects of this vaccine but ratio is 1 out of 1,00,000 vaccinated people. 

💉 Sputnik V 

    Sputnik V is made in Russia and it works in a similar way as Astrazeneca. 

    It gives 92% protection against Covid -19. This is decided by after all clinical trials by Gamaleya institute of Russia.

   This vaccine is divided into two doses and given 21 days apart. 

    Unlike other vaccine in this vaccine use different vectors in both doses. 

    So, immune system boost more than using same version twice and it gives protection for longer time period.

💉 Covaxin 

   Covaxin is made in India. This vaccine is effective around 81% .

   This vaccine is given in two divided doses and made up of killed coronaviruses.  So it is safe to be injected into the body. 

   When vaccine administered our immune system recognized the virus and make antibodies against the covid virus. 

💉 Covishield 

   The vaxzevria vaccine is locally manufactured in India.

   The vaccine is made from a common cold virus ( Known as adenovirus)  from chimpanzees. 

   It's effectiveness is around 90% and given in two divided doses.The serum institute of indian maker of the vaccine, says covishield is highly effective.

     This vaccine is made by Bio N Tech manufacturer and given in two divided dose 21 days apart. 

    Age of 16 years and older are advised to get vaccinated by this vaccine.

     This vaccine is given in single dose to people 18 years and older. 

    This Brand committed to making vaccine  available on a not for profit basis because of emergency in this pandemic.

- Use an Ice pack or cool cloth to reduce Redness, Swelling,  Soreness at the place where vaccine  was given. 

- Drink liquid frequently for 1-2 days after vaccination. 

- Take timely and healthy diet. 

- Avoid fatty,  Junk and spicy food. 

- Avoid heavy work for 3-4 days after vaccination.
